1. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This applies to ready-to-wear and made-to-order items.
To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day period by email:

- Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
You can use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not required.
2. Conditions for Return
Items must be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition, with all tags attached
- Within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
3. Exceptions — No Right of Withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom (bespoke) pieces made to your specific measurements or requirements — these are exempt under Article 6(1)(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
6. How to Return
- 1. Email us at tona@tonaswoboda.com with your order number and the item(s) you are returning.
- 2. We will confirm your return request and provide the return address.
- 3. Pack the item securely and send it back within 14 days.
- 4. Share your tracking number with us.
