These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the TONA SWOBODA website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product images are as accurate as possible; slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.

We offer three types of products:

• Ready-to-wear — items in stock, available for immediate dispatch
• Made-to-order — items produced after your order is placed, to a fixed design
• Custom (bespoke) — items made to your specific measurements or requirements

3. Pricing

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price valid at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Ordering

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched or, for made-to-order and custom items, when we confirm production has started.

5. Payment

We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of order. For custom pieces, a deposit may be required — this will be confirmed by email before production begins.

6. Shipping

We ship internationally from our atelier in Amsterdam. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control. Import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our full Return Policy for details. In summary:

• Ready-to-wear and made-to-order items: 14-day right of withdrawal
• Custom (bespoke) items: no right of withdrawal
• Worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned

8. Warranty

All products come with a legal guarantee under Dutch and EU consumer law. If your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within a reasonable time of discovery.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, text, and brand identity — is the property of TONA SWOBODA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
